Name and describe a memorable place you’ve been.

When I visited the city of Chiang Mai, Thailand, I first noticed how hectic the environment seemed.  People were zipping around on motorbikes through the narrow streets, food was cooking in the stalls on every corner, and smog filled the air on the streets as I scurried down the sidewalks to keep up with the pace.  Although the frantic nature of the city at first seemed overwhelming, overtime I felt a complete peace surrounding the city.  The natives owned very little but were so giving, joyful, and peaceful.

What do you like to do for fun?

Aside from hiking, watching documentaries, and exploring, I love making art.  I enjoy drawing unique faces that portray people’s personalities in an unusual fashion.
