What was your most meaningful service experience or extracurricular activity in college and why?

In my senior year at Georgetown University, I worked with students and professors to launch a bi-partisan prison reform organization named the Georgetown University Prisons and Justice Initiative.  Having the opportunity to build an organization from the ground up, particularly for a cause that I find so important, was an incredible experience that I will always remember.

What’s something most people don’t know about you?

There is a crime / thriller movie from 2006 named Lucky Number Slevin.   When I was twelve years old I met Josh Hartnett who played the protagonist of the movie.  When I told him my last name was Slevin, he called me “Slev” and all of my twelve-year-old hopes and dreams were fulfilled.
