Nina Nimako, a native from Michigan, was raised in the Ivory Coast and moved back to the states in 2002, where she lived in Miami, FL. In 2013, Nina received her Bachelor of Science degree in health science from the University of Florida. A year later, she graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a master’s degree in exercise science and health promotion. During her graduate studies, she worked as an exercise specialist at a physical therapy clinic. After working for Impact America, Nina plans on either going to Physical Therapy school or getting her Master’s in Public Health and eventually working for the CDC.

Graduating and receiving my bachelor and master degrees have been my proudest accomplishments so far.
