With more than twenty years of nonprofit leadership experience, Brooke Bowles is excited to join the Impact America team as the Interim CEO. Brooke holds a B.S. in Psychology, Summa Cum Laude, Auburn University, 1996, and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Organizational Leadership, Colorado State University, with anticipated completion in December 2019. Brooke is the CEO of Bowles Consulting, LLC and the Founder of Triumph Services, Inc.

Brooke began her career in the field of developmental disabilities in 1992.  After serving in various capacities with both children and adults with disabilities, Brooke became committed to improving the lives and outcomes for individuals with barriers to reaching their potential.  Brooke opened Triumph Services in 2007 with the mission of providing community-based supports to individuals with developmental disabilities seeking greater independence.

Over the next eleven years, Triumph Services grew to serving more than 500 individuals and families at the organization’s headquarters in Birmingham as well as their satellite office in Montgomery.  Brooke’s community-based model gained national recognition as one of only a few Effective Programs for Individuals with Autism.  

With Triumph Services thriving, Brooke transitioned to organizational consulting where she provided individual and team development, strategic planning and change management, program and curriculum development and growth, leadership development, education, awareness, and advocacy. Brooke conducts regular seminars and workshops on an array of topics including Confidence is a Skill, The Art of Listening, 5 Voices and How to Build Effective Communication, Compassion Fatigue: The Cost of Caring, Communication in the Workplace – Do’s and Don’ts, and The Accidental Diminisher

Brooke is the Leader of the Birmingham Nonprofit Round Table, Governor’s Appointee to the Alabama Interagency Autism Coordinating Council, Member of Kiwanis Birmingham, and Member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.  Brooke was recognized by the Birmingham Business Journal as a 2019 Executive of Influence. Brooke is married to Shea Bowles and together they are raising five daughters.
