What do you like to do for fun?

Pre-Coronavirus, I loved travelling and listening to live music! I was always saving up my money for a flight or to buy a concert ticket for whichever musician I wanted to see next. I still love to do these things but, sadly, the pandemic has hindered my ability to enjoy these as much lately. Now for fun, you can find me at home reading or going on walks around my new neighborhood.

What is your favorite quote from a book, film, or song?

“The only thing we can depend on in life is that everything changes. The seasons, our partners, what we want and need…Change is the only constant. Your ability to navigate and tolerate change and its painful uncomfortableness directly correlates to your happiness and general well-being.” -Amy Poehler’s Yes Please

Name and describe a memorable place you’ve been.

In the summer of 2018, I had the incredulous opportunity to visit my sister while she lived in Denali, Alaska. Although she had to work on the 4th of July, my sister got my Mom and I on a bus tour into Denali National Park for the day. Mount Denali is the highest summit in North America and it is usually so cloudy that only 1 in 3 visitors get to see the mountain. My mom and I got see those beautiful snow-capped mountains not only once but two times while we were there which is almost unheard of. Visiting all 50 states is on my bucket list and I never thought I would cross off Alaska this young!
