Name and describe a memorable place you’ve been.

West Texas! The area is sparsely populated, so the sky is completely dark. On a clear night, it feels like you can see the whole sky.

Who is someone you admire and why?

I really admire Dr. Nadine Burke Harris. She’s a pediatrician who has been the Surgeon General of California since 2019. She is known for linking adverse childhood experiences and toxic stress with harmful effects to health later in life. Dr. Harris’s work has positively affected the lives of thousands of children and has led to research that will aid many more.
