What do you like to do for fun?

In my free time I like to roast coffee and read pretty much anything.

Name and describe a memorable place you have been.

One of the most memorable places I’ve been is a bed and breakfast in the town of Zlin in the Czech Republic. In the Czech Republic many people build their own homes, but they don’t go into debt to do it; they build the home gradually, as they can afford it. They move into these half-finished houses as soon as they’re inhabitable and they finish the construction while living in them. As a result, many of the houses in the town, including this bed and breakfast, were only half-finished. It was charming.

What is your favorite quote from a film, book, or song?

A Tale of Two Cities: “It is a far, far better thing that I do, than I have ever done; it is a far, far better rest that I go to, than I have ever known.”
