Namibia Pearson, born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama, graduated from The University of Alabama with a B.A. in Psychology minoring in Human Development and Family Studies in 2019. While in school, Namibia served as a mentor for the Al’s Pals Mentoring Program. After serving  with Impact America, Namibia has plans to pursue her M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy. 


What do you like to do for fun? I love to travel and I enjoy spending time with my  friends and family.


What is your biggest strength? My biggest strength is having a nurturing soul. 


What was your most meaningful service experience or extracurricular activity in college and why? My most meaningful extra-curricular activity in college was being in the Afro-American Gospel Choir. It was a great experience and wonderful way for me to continue to express my faith away from my home church.
