Ty’s formal job title at Impact was Senior Director of Programs, but for those of us who had the privilege of working with her, she was so much more. Ty was the beating heart of our organization, a friend and confidant to her co-workers and an effective advocate for our cause. She will be greatly missed and our work honors her legacy.
