Kaitlin Nobles, a native of Pinson, AL, graduated cum laude from Birmingham-Southern College in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in economics. Kaitlin was an active member of both the Mortar Board and the Harrison Honors Program and presented research at two Southern Regional Honors Council Conferences. She also served as Re-Entry Advisor within the Sklenar Center for International Programs. During her junior year, Kaitlin spent a semester in Peru studying indigenous peoples and globalization and conducting independent research on the effects of tourism in indigenous communities. Before beginning work at Impact Alabama in 2011, Kaitlin served as a SaveFirst Campus Fellow for three years.
