Data Entry Clerk Position
- Provide record keeping and clerical support to the accounting department
- Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
- Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
- Provide assistance and support to company personnel
- Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
- Proficient typing skills
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office, Word, Excel etc.)
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Great attention to detail
- Previous Quickbooks experience preferred
- 75% or more time is spent looking directly at a computer
- Full-time 40 hours per week
- $12.50/hr – $14.50/hr
