Data Entry Clerk Position

  • Provide record keeping and clerical support to the accounting department
  • Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
  • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
  • Provide assistance and support to company personnel
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Proficient typing skills
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office, Word, Excel etc.)
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
  • Great attention to detail
  • Previous Quickbooks experience preferred
  • 75% or more time is spent looking directly at a computer
  • Full-time 40 hours per week
  • $12.50/hr – $14.50/hr
