- Documents To Bring: In order for us to prepare your tax return, you will need to bring a Social Security Card for you, your spouse, and anyone else on the return, a Photo ID for you and your spouse, and any tax forms you may have. Please consult this checklist for any documents you may need.
- Locations: Check out all of our locations and addresses
- Cancellation Policy: You are reserving a valuable time slot with a volunteer tax preparer. If you cannot keep your appointment or you no longer need it, you agree to cancel as soon as possible so that someone else may use it. If you fail to keep this appointment and you do not demonstrate reasonable efforts to cancel it, we may not give you another appointment.
